We are seeking a Service Assistant who is professional, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional support to both our guests and service team. The Service Assistant plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Service Department by assisting Service Advisors, communicating with guests, coordinating vehicle flow, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from arrival to delivery. What You Will Do Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner upon arrival to the Service Department Support Service Advisors with administrative and operational tasks throughout the day Assist with checking vehicles in and updating guest information accurately Coordinate vehicle movement and communicate status updates as needed Help maintain organization of repair orders, keys, and service documentation Communicate with guests regarding basic service updates, appointment confirmations, and follow-up needs Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-focused service drive environment Support scheduling activities and help ensure timely guest assistance Work collaboratively with Service, Parts, and Sales teams to support dealership operations Uphold company standards for professionalism, guest service, and attention to detail What We Are Looking For Prior customer service, administrative, hospitality, or dealership experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable using computers and dealership software systems Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Health insurance Vision insurance Paid vacation 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible spending account Life insurance Employee assistance plan Disability insurance Pay : $30.00 - $30.00 / hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
