Bilingual Advertising Sales Executive

to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and create customized advertising solutions that help businesses reach the Hispanic market. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. Understand client goals and recommend tailored advertising and marketing solutions. Negotiate and close advertising contracts that drive success for both clients and the company. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and execution. Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations to maximize results. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous sales experience is preferred; experience in advertising, media, radio, digital marketing, or marketing is a plus. Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for achieving goals. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand business objectives and deliver strategic advertising solutions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission during the initial compensation period. Base salary provided for approximately six months or longer, based on performance and employment agreement terms.
