Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate Opportunity Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital and Inland Valley Hospital are hiring New Graduate Registered Nurses for Med/Surg/Tele units. The New Grad Program starts August 10, 2026. RN New Graduates will experience 12 weeks of didactics, hands‑on learning, and clinical preceptorship. Full‑time positions are available at both hospitals; shifts depend on department needs. Application Details Application period: June 9th – June 23rd or until 300 applications are received. Interviews are scheduled for early July. To be considered for an interview you must have an active California RN license or NCLEX test date prior to July 31, 2026. Facilities Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital (Wildomar, CA) – a licensed 122‑bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission, designated Trauma Center and Paramedic Base Station. Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital (Murrieta, CA) – a 120‑bed acute‑care hospital with pediatric emergency services and an OB/ED program.
