JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Inside Counter Sales Rep Job Reports To: Parts Manager Exempt or Non-Exempt: Exempt Full-Time or Part-Time: Full Time, day shift and afternoon shift available Job Summary Position with primary responsibility for sales and customer service for inside Parts sales. Essential Job Functions Counter/Phone Sales Meet sales and gross profit margin goals Order parts according to dealership procedures Maintain special order parts for service department Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service Maintain a clean and safe work area Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes Provide written quotes to customers as needed.
