Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will involve a multi-faceted approach to client care:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health concerns, followed by determining their specific treatment needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that consider the individual challenges and aspirations of each client.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic and integrated treatment approach that best serves our clients.
• Providing psychoeducation and support to clients' families to enhance their understanding of mental health issues and promote active involvement in the therapeutic process.
• Maintaining precise and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all client documentation reflects accurate treatment notes and progress.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
