Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $32.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary, approximately 90 days
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Senior Coordinator, Client Engagement for a prestigious global Am Law 100 firm. This is an excellent opportunity to add a highly respected law firm to your resume while gaining valuable experience in client events, sponsorships, marketing communications, ticket administration, and special projects.

The ideal candidate is polished, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent writing and proofreading skills. Previous experience in a law firm, professional-services organization, marketing, or event coordination is preferred but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate client events, sponsorships, invitations, registrations, and event materials
• Manage sports and entertainment ticket requests, allocations, records, and reporting
• Draft and proofread biographies, announcements, newsletters, and marketing content
• Maintain client and marketing activity in Salesforce, InterAction, Foundation, or similar systems
• Research awards, rankings, speaking engagements, clients, and market trends
• Coordinate advertisements, promotional materials, and event collateral
• Track event activity, ticket usage, expenses, and engagement results
• Support special projects and general marketing administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• At least two years of experience in marketing, business development, events, program coordination, or administration
• Excellent writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational, administrative, and database-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
• Professional communication skills, sound judgment, and discretion
• Law firm or professional-services experience is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, InterAction, Foundation, or a comparable platform is preferred
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Houston
• Availability for occasional events outside standard working hours
• Selected candidates must complete a timed writing and proofreading assessment during the interview process
