Packman Landscaping is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our growing team. This position includes both recurring lawn maintenance and landscaping projects. This role is anywhere from 25 to 40 hours a week. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing lawns
• Mulching, planting, and shrub trimming
• Installing sod, rock, pine straw, and other landscape materials
• Assisting with hardscaping and outdoor improvement projects
• Loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
• Following safety procedures and working efficiently as part of a team
• Performing other general landscaping duties as assigned

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in Georgia heat and varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others
• Landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
