Driving the QA Strategy for the Social areas of an Unannounced Project, the full-time remote QA Lead for Social Games will develop QA plans, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure quality throughout the game development process. Key responsibilities Develop an understanding of the product from both a player value and technical systems perspective Build, maintain, and execute a cross-disciplinary QA strategy for the Social portions of a competitive multiplayer game Train and supervise a team of external QA staff while defining and maintaining quality assurance standards Required qualifications Proficiency with technical testing for systems with limited player-facing experiences (e.g., matchmaking, account entitlements) Ability to define a QA strategy that aligns with business, project, and systems needs Experience directing external Test or QA staff Understanding of social experiences in games such as matchmaking and chat systems Ability to negotiate and drive plans in alignment with cross-disciplinary leads Virtual Vocations Inc
