Humana is seeking an Associate Director for Human Resources Technology to lead the HRIT roadmap and drive a modern, data-driven employee experience. You will shape technology strategy, govern data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Procurement.

The role requires 7+ years in HR/HR tech with at least 3 years in leadership, plus expertise in data management and HR analytics. Travel may be required for key meetings and vendor engagements.
