Inside Sales Representative

Are you a detail-oriented salesperson who loves guiding a project from first conversation to final delivery? We're looking for an Inside Sales / Project Manager to join our client's team — someone who thrives on customer interaction, has a sharp eye for design and materials, and can manage a project start to finish. What You'll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling intake calls, walk-ins, and inquiries Guide customers through the sales process — understanding their needs, budget, and vision for their project Advise customers on color, material, and design options based on application, durability, and aesthetics Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage projects from initial consultation through production and installation Coordinate to ensure accurate specs, timelines, and quality expectations are met Perform basic measurements and math calculations to ensure accurate quoting and material estimates Maintain clear, organized communication with customers throughout the life of each project Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat/referral business opportunities What You'll Bring: Strong sales and customer service skills — confident, personable, and consultative approach Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Basic math skills (measurements, pricing, material calculations) An eye for color, materials, and design — comfortable advising customers on options Strong organizational and follow-up skills; ability to manage a project start to finish Experience in sign shops, printing, signage, or a related industry is a plus, but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Grace and Faye Consulting LLC
