Head of Virtual Member Experience & Care Coordination

Epicured, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Member Experience Team to lead our NYS Medicaid Section 1115 Waiver workflows. You’ll oversee a high-volume contact center, guiding Social Care Coordinators, Navigators, and Intake staff to deliver activation through retention with a focus on quality and compliance. You will report to the VP of Customer Experience, build a strong team culture, and drive initiatives across screening, social care, and member support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Epicured, Inc.
