The Fried Turkey Sandwich Shop needs a BOH ace who can work in the kitchen. This person must work the line quickly and accurately in a clean environment. This person must be able to operate a deli slicer, grills & fryers, and must be a high volume prep producer. We will need a full-time cook/assistant kitchen manager if the skills fit. This person must be capable of working expo and the FOH if needed. Versatility is very important. For the first two weeks, we train at $15/hour (with tips included, tips average $3/hour and we do $12/hour) for only the first two weeks. We move quickly with raises if you show competence, professionalism, speed, cleanliness, and accuracy. Our goal is to get this position paid well over $20 per hour, but you must provide the productivity required. We have many avenues for growth including a catering director for a rapidly growing catering business. We are very flexible with scheduling, we are closed Sunday and our operating hours are from 11am - 8pm, Monday - Saturday.
