Non-Invasive Cardiology Job in Massachusetts with Minimal Call
Join a team of six cardiologists and nine advanced practice providers at a financially secure, independent community hospital system in Massachusetts, with a teaching service and a busy cardiology practice. Seeking team members who can provide inpatient and outpatient care. There is also interest in providers who prefer solely inpatient or outpatient care. This is a short drive to Boston, MA and New York City and is a four-season resort community, with ample cultural opportunities.
Practice details include:
- $45,000 sign on bonus
- 3 year $515,000 guarantee base salary
- 403b and 457B

- Innovative and inclusive culture along with a diverse group of advanced practice providers.
- Full service electrophysiology lab, catheterization lab (diagnostic lab only), and advanced imaging center (cardiac CTA and cardiac MRI's)
- Academic affiliation with a local hospital that offers teaching opportunities
- One weeknight call per week with only one weekend call a month
- Receives over 70 new referrals, weekly
- New providers can develop owned patient panel, quickly
- 36 hours of clinical patient time, and 4 hours of admin
- The health system has three facilities under its umbrella
- The RVU target is 7,745
- The conversion factor for wRVUs above the group target is $67.31 per wRVU
- You will receive 7 weeks of "Time Off" per year which can be used for vacation, sick time, CME, etc. This will be prorated based on weeks worked in the fiscal year
- You will have the opportunity to earn up to $17,500 of compensation for performance incentives
- 1:9 call ratio
- CME time and $4,500 available
