Category Manager

Seeking a strategic and data-driven Category Manager for a full-time position responsible for managing the performance, growth, and profitability of assigned product and service categories while developing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and analyzing market trends. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and manage overall health and performance of assigned categories Lead sourcing events, RFPs, contract negotiations, and build strategic supplier relationships Monitor industry trends and conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and cost optimization initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of five years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations and contract management Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools Experience managing spend, revenue, margin, or category performance metrics
