Opportunity

A well-capitalized, highly respected real estate investment and development platform is launching an Affordable Housing division and seeking a senior executive to lead it from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a best-in-class LIHTC development platform within an established, innovative organization known for long-term ownership, disciplined investing, and operational excellence. The leader will shape strategy, establish market presence, and deliver impactful communities while driving strong financial performance.

Key Focus Areas

• Launch and lead a new Affordable Housing development platform (4%, 9%, hybrid structures)
• Set strategy, market focus, and growth plan, initially within Texas
• Source, underwrite, and advance deals through approvals, financing, and delivery
• Build relationships with syndicators, lenders, housing agencies, and community partners
• Assemble and lead a high-performing development team
• Partner cross-functionally with investment, construction, operations, and finance leaders
