The team fosters innovation and drives engineering workflows of the future, shared solutions and standards, simplicity and lower costs, and manufacturable design.We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Flight Systems to lead a team of engineers dedicated to the complete flight reentry system. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring mission success and optimizing vehicle performance by leveraging both hardware and software expertise. The ideal candidate will guide the team using modern methodologies including Agile development, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Development with a Digital Twin/Thread.A strong background in Autonomy and AI/ML is desired, along with familiarity with Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) hardware and software. You should also possess a comprehensive understanding of avionics systems—including power, communications, and flight computing—for space and hypersonic environments.
