Position: Project Manager LCAT: Senior Location: SOUTHCOM HQ, Doral, FL / On-site Office: U.S. SOUTHERN COMMAND J2 Required clearance: TS/SCI Required education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs. Must be PMP Certified. Description Oversee program execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment, ensuring compliance with DoD governance frameworks. Implement structured reporting mechanisms, risk mitigation strategies, and ongoing program assessments to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. Submit the Program Execution & Performance Report, summarizing program activities, risks, and strategic adjustments. Required Experience Must be PMP certified. Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders. Must be proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring. Must have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively. Must have demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks. Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation is required. Desired Qualifications Lean Six, DAWIA Level III in Program Management, or PgMP.
