The Medical Technologist Point of Care (POC) Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the operations of point-of-care testing within healthcare facilities. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (e.g., ASCP, AMT) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical laboratory testing, with at least 1 year involving point-of-care testing.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, including CLIA and CAP standards.
• Proficiency in quality control procedures and laboratory information systems.

• Experience in a healthcare setting with diverse point-of-care testing platforms.
• Advanced certification in point-of-care testing or laboratory management.

Responsibilities:
