Position Description Class A CDL Truck Driver in Sharonville, OH offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career with Ryder. Pay and Benefits Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly Weekly Guarantee: $1330 per week Solo Miles Pay: $0.49 per mile (estimated 2500 miles per week) Solo Stops Pay: $11.00 per stop (5‑15 stops per week) Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per drop/hook Shutdown Bonus: $2000 in first year Safety Bonus: up to $250 per quarter when applicable Schedule: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday Start time: flexible to AM or PM due to bid system Route and Equipment Deliver SOLO to: IN & OH Route: Local Home Daily Tractor Type: Day Cab Trailer Type: Dry Van 53’ Freight: No Touch – Auto Parts Strong Backing Skills Required Company Paid Scale Bypass Truck Information and Maintenance Trucks are 36 months or newer 24/7 Roadside Maintenance Company drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO in first year, first day of employment Uniforms and boot allowance provided Drivers are the Captain – you make safety decisions, and your job is protected 401(k) rollover available now with company match at 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility criteria) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech and more Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Pass a Ryder drug test Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures Important Note Some positions may require additional screening, including employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
