Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Operator to join our dynamic team in Goldsboro, NC. As a CNC Plasma Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, utilizing advanced CNC plasma cutting technology to create high-quality metal components. If you have a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine cutting paths.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operations is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC Plasma Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and plasma cutting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
