Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance

Location: Santa Teresa, NM

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm - 11:00pm with OT

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance on metal stamping, laser, turret, and paint line equipment

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing machinery to minimize downtime

• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed

• Support continuous improvement initiatives
