May serve in a leadership role and is accountable for professional practice. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Participation in Compliance and other important training is a condition of employment.Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:Manages the patient care process by ensuring that a comprehensive patient assessment and plan of care is completed and documented on all patients within the time frame of the established policyMay manage staff members, assess the needs of patients, delegates tasks, and supports staff with duties when neededEstablishes collaborative relationships with members of the healthcare team and facilitates the generation of ideas for improvement of patient care and supporting clinic staffAdheres to regulatory and organization policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safetyParticipates and attends departmental meetings and professional development activitiesDemonstrates quality improvement, facilitating the generation of ideas for improvement of patient care and functioning of the unitCompleting basic RN competencies including triage (in-person and phone), nurse book, and I &R testing. in addition to departmental specific competenciesTravel to multiple primary care clinics (1821 Carlisle Blvd NE and 9501 Paseo del Norte NE)Other duties as assignedYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Associate's Degree or Diploma of NursingValid NM RN License or valid multi-state compact license or eligible for licensure by examinationValid NM Driver's License, access to reliable transportation and insuranceCurrent BLS Certification2+ years of experienceProven ability to maintain strict patient confidentialityProven solid management skills; organization and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team settingProven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writingPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in NursingGeriatric and Primary Care experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $35.00 to $63.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
