Occupational Therapist

Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental barriers to function Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living, upper extremity strength and mobility, cognition, and adaptive skills Provide hands-on therapy interventions to restore independence and promote safety Recommend and train patients on assistive devices, adaptive techniques, and environmental modifications Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support whole-person care Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for long-term success at home and in the community Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge plans accurately and in a timely manner Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active state license as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility for licensure Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Patient-first mindset Passion for helping patients regain function and independence New graduates are welcome to apply Willingness to participate in structured mentorship and ongoing support Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive function.
