Customer Service Representative 1

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides order status and information support to customers

* Enters customer purchase orders into accounting and scheduling system

* Acts as customer representative to other internal departments

* Acts as corporate representative to the customer

* Works with Sales Engineers to communicate all aspects of customer orders with customer

* Assists the Sales Manager in all duties and other tasks as assigned

* Enters parts orders and confirm with customers

* Generates quotes in business system from Service Reports

* Follows-up on customer to submit purchase orders for service quotes

* Converts quotes to order

* Prepares credit paperwork for review and approval

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in electronics industry preferred

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to complete tasks independently and meet strict deadlines

* Ability to seek out new tasks and welcome new challenges in a fast-paced, customer- focused environment

* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and various levels of management both written and verbal

* High School diploma or equivalent

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
