Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Commitment to safety and compliance standards.* Operate a ball mill circuit and slag dryer to process materials efficiently while maintaining production and quality standards.* Operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders, to move materials throughout the plant.* Collect material samples, perform basic quality control testing, and make process adjustments as needed to ensure product quality.* Assist with routine plant maintenance and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to support safe and reliable operations.**What Are We Looking For*** Experience operating heavy equipment, with front-end loader experience strongly preferred.* Commitment to safety and compliance standards.* Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.* Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.* Comfort working at heights and in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.* Quality control experience is not required; training will be provided for testing responsibilities.**Work Environment*** Fast-paced and dynamic terminal setting.* Collaborative team culture with opportunities for growth.* Exposure to industry-leading practices and technologies.**What We Offer*** Competitive base salary $51,580 - $60,610* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions, highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits + Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance + Paid Bonding Leave, 15 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid HolidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
