The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Operate and maintain the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to ensure it is in optimal working condition. Conduct regular quality inspections on all products, using the CMM to measure and analyze components for dimensional accuracy. Develop, implement, and maintain CMM programs to optimize the inspection process. Collaborate with the production team and other departments to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of the production process. Interpret and report inspection findings, providing detailed documentation and feedback to the quality assurance and production teams. Assist in the implementation of quality control processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Contribute to problem-solving initiatives, identifying potential quality issues and recommending solutions. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CMM technology. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CMM Operator in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in quality inspection and control. Extensive knowledge of CMM operation, programming, and maintenance. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures. Excellent technical skills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify potential quality issues. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively report inspection findings. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
