Insurance Sales Representative

Christin Black State Farm Insurance Agent is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven individual who wants more than just a job. We’re looking for someone who loves setting goals, building relationships, winning new business, and being rewarded for strong performance. What You’ll Do Develop new business through leads, referrals, outbound prospecting, and community relationships Have meaningful conversations with prospective customers about their insurance and financial needs Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage Follow up consistently and confidently with prospects Build relationships that turn new customers into long-term clients Work toward individual and team sales goals Learn the business side of running a successful insurance agency Who We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations Someone who enjoys sales and isn’t afraid to ask for the business Coachable and eager to improve Professional, dependable, and personable Motivated by both income potential and career growth Interested in entrepreneurship, leadership, or potentially owning a business someday Insurance experience is not required. Sales experience is a plus, but we’re more interested in finding the right person with the drive, personality, and willingness to learn.
