Duration: 6 Months Pay Range: $25 - $30
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist to support supplier onboarding, setup, and maintenance activities within Ariba and PeopleSoft . This role will manage high-volume supplier requests, resolve complex issues, support system cleanup, and collaborate with Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Accounts Payable, and other business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supplier setup, onboarding, and maintenance requests.
- Process supplier modifications and maintain accurate supplier records.
- Research and resolve complex supplier and system-related issues and escalations.
- Support system cleanup and ensure supplier data remains accurate and up to date.
- Identify process risks and document procedures, training needs, and process improvements.
- Respond to questions from internal teams, managers, and external suppliers.
- Partner with Ariba and cross-functional SCM teams to ensure successful supplier enablement.
- Experience with SAP Ariba, PeopleSoft, or similar procurement/ERP systems .
- Experience in supplier onboarding, supplier maintenance, vendor management, procurement operations, or P2P processes.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and data accuracy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, project-driven environment.
