Baptist Ambulatory Surgery Center is Hiring a Collection Specialist No Weekends! No Holidays! No Call! Welcome to Baptist Ambulatory Surgery Center! As a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), we are committed to delivering the highest quality care and exceptional experiences for both patients and their families.

The Collector will be responsible for working the facilities A/R report and collecting money due from the Insurance Company. Fighting for reimbursement of claims processing.

Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure Excellent office etiquette. Knowledge of medical terminology. Knowledge of the payment processing of a claim under a managed care contract. Computer skills. Prefer previous experience working with AdvantX. (Patient Accounting System)
