Job Opportunity: General Cardiologist

Our organization is excited to announce an opening for a general Cardiologist to become part of our expanding Cardiology team. The Heart & Vascular Institute comprises a dedicated group of 12 cardiologists, which includes 4 interventional specialists, 3 electrophysiologists, and 5 non-interventional cardiologists, along with 11 cardiology nurse practitioners. Additionally, our surgical program features 2 cardiothoracic surgeons, 3 surgical physician assistants, and 2 CVICU nurse practitioners. You will collaborate with highly skilled professionals committed to delivering exceptional cardiac care.

Teaching and Research Opportunities

Our Heart & Vascular Institute also provides educational opportunities within our Cardiology Fellowship, which includes 8 fellows. You will have the chance to teach residents and medical students from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse and engage in clinical research initiatives. Candidate Requirements

• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology or achieve Board Certification within two years of hire.
• Participate in a 1:5 call schedule.
