Description

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team in Indianapolis. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a dynamic restaurant environment. With a focus on polished casual dining, you will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service while fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, maintaining high standards of quality, and contributing to the overall success of our dining experience. Your leadership will enhance our guests' experience, promote team engagement, and implement strategies that align with our growth objectives. With a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually, we offer a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and service standards are met
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team
  • Create and maintain a welcoming, polished dining environment for guests
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop innovative and seasonal menu options
  • Address guest feedback and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, with a focus on polished casual dining
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, service styles, and current trends in the industry
