Doctor of Medicine | Urology Location: Ashtabula, OH Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general urological care, including diagnosis and treatment of renal, bladder, and prostate conditions. Perform a wide range of surgical procedures such as laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit. Manage advanced endoscopic techniques, ureteroscopy, and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). Perform radical and partial nephrectomies, prostatectomies, and pelvic node dissections. Conduct diagnostic evaluations including renal and bladder ultrasound, TRUS biopsies, and fertility work-ups. Execute incontinence procedures and brachytherapy as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment plan. Maintain accurate medical records and coordinate closely with nursing and support staff for optimized patient outcomes. Qualifications & Credentialing Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology is required. Licensure: Must hold an active Ohio medical license or be willing to obtain one. Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required (or provider must be willing to obtain them). DEA: An active DEA certificate must be obtained prior to the start date. Experience: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in General Urology, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Radical Prostatectomy, Partial Nephrectomies with intraoperative ultrasound, and various endoscopic and incontinence procedures. Documentation: A recent NPDB Self Query Report (active within the last 30 days) is required at the time of presentation. Residency Requirement: The provider must reside within a 40-mile radius of the facility or be willing to relocate.
