What You Will Be Doing Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours through clear, professional communication that reflects Alpha's standards Organizing and managing admissions events, campus tours, and student shadow visits from planning stages through post-event follow-up Ensuring applicant records remain comprehensive and accurate within CRM and admissions systems Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and gather pertinent information Working alongside campus and admissions team members to maintain a streamlined and effective admissions process What You Won’t Be Doing Rendering final admissions decisions or shaping enrollment policy Delivering instruction or managing curriculum content Employing aggressive sales methods or scripted messaging Working within an unstructured or slow-paced setting Admissions Associate Key Responsibilities Provide a seamless, high-conversion admissions journey that converts early interest into committed enrollment, ensuring families feel well-informed, valued, and enthusiastic about joining Alpha.
