Pay Rate: $19.50/hour (2-year Contract, possible extension)Shift: 7am-7pm are the hours of the Contact Center, must be available to work ANY 8-hour shift within that window Why you should apply to be Customer Support Representative:

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:

• Providing advanced product and service information to customers, channel partners, and company personnel
• Responding to complex customer inquiries, resolving escalations, and delivering exceptional service to optimize satisfaction and retention
• Recording and processing custom or special orders, coordinating with internal teams as needed
• Managing follow-up actions and entering information into the CRM system to maintain high-quality customer data
• Conducting interviews with customers, clarifying requirements, and making detailed notes to support business development
• Acting as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints
• Developing knowledge of company policies, regulatory codes, and industry best practices to ensure compliance
• Making outbound calls to develop new customer relationships and strengthen customer connections

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have post-secondary non-tertiary education (high school diploma or equivalent required)
• Possess 1 to 3 years of customer support or technical support experience (recent graduates with limited experience may also be considered)
• Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
• Can build rapport, navigate customer challenges, and manage buyer indifference
• Are proficient in leveraging digital communications and CRM systems
• Are motivated to develop your skills through training, ongoing education, and feedback
