Job Title Customer Support Representative II Location 6400 NW 86th Street, Johnston, IA 50131, USA Duration 9‑month contract on W2 (possible extension) Work Environment Fully onsite This contract position is limited to a 9‑month duration and does not include a transition to full‑time employment. The employee is eligible for two retention bonuses: $1,000 after 3 months of employment and $1,000 upon successful completion of the assignment. Required Skills Interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum 6 months of customer service or support experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Comfort and experience with consumer software applications Strong computer, research, and troubleshooting skills Ability to work support hours and occasional holidays to support the business Desired Skills Knowledge of agriculture customers Agriculture operations experience, including precision farming Prior work in agriculture or technology dealer channels Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field Technical certification demonstrating understanding of IT database management (preferred for high school graduates) Schedule and Availability Support hours: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm CST, Monday–Friday and 8:00 am – 12:00 pm CST, Saturday. Schedule may include occasional holidays and overtime Candidate must be available to work any 8‑hour shift within the 7:00 am – 6:00 pm window Shifts are subject to change based on volume Special Considerations Training and mentoring will occur on the 8:00 am – 4:30 pm shift and last approximately 6 weeks Approximately 3–4 months from start date to reach full productivity Limited travel to nearby Des Moines Works for a factory tour and to nearby Jensen Farms about twice a year; travel will be shared with a Deere full‑time employee Interviews include behavioral‑based questioning; candidates will be asked to provide specific examples Additional Information Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Acro Service Corp
