Total Life, Inc. is seeking a NJ-licensed Physician Assistant or PMHNP to join our telehealth practice serving older adults. Focus on follow-up psychiatric medication management, cognitive assessments, and initial care coordination plans for geriatric patients. This fully remote role offers a daytime schedule, no evenings or weekends, and a supportive team, with nursing and psychiatry leadership.
