We're seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead high-priority security and technology initiatives within the Enterprise Security & Resilience Office (ESRO). This role sits in the ESRO PMO and is focused on driving execution, delivery discipline, and cross-team coordination across complex, fast-moving work. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role. You'll manage complex technical initiatives end-to-end, partner closely with security and technology leaders, and ensure work moves from plan to execution to results-without losing momentum or clarity.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technical projects from intake through execution and closeout
• Own integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments
• Proactively identify risks, issues, bottlenecks and drive resolution
• Run effective operating rhythms, working sessions, and delivery reviews
• Maintain transparency on status, risks, and tradeoffs-no surprises
• Partner with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to align on scope, timelines, and delivery expectations
• Translate technical details into clear, concise updates for leaders and stakeholders
• Support decision-making by framing options, impacts, and delivery implications
• Ensure projects are delivered predictably, with clear outcomes and measurable progress
• Help reinforce disciplined execution, role clarity, and accountability across teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices and delivery maturity

You'll help drive enterprise-critical security and resilience initiatives forward. Your work will directly support risk reduction, stability, and regulatory readiness. You'll be part of a PMO that values execution, clarity, and results-not bureaucracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience managing technical projects in large, complex organizations
• 6+ years of experience with leading cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams
• 3+ years of experience with security, infrastructure, cloud, or technology modernization efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Smart sheets
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight timelines
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on outcomes and follow-through
• Comfortable partnering with senior technical leaders and escalating when needed

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
