Our mission emphasizes partnership, continuous improvement through teamwork and education, and exceeding expectations to build lasting relationships based on respect and professionalism.Territory Coverage: Orange County, Los Angeles County and Inland EmpireWhy Join Our CAMP?Our employees are encouraged to take advantage of an array of benefits and opportunities, including:Health Benefits - Medical, Dental & Vision401K and Company Match BenefitsPaid Holidays, Vacation, and Personal Time Off1 Paid Day Off for Community ServiceEmployee Referral BonusesTuition ReimbursementAdvancement OpportunitiesHow You Will Contribute To Our Team:Business Development/SalesResponsible for maintaining business contacts and/or sourcing new business for purposes of generating new workAchieve sales goals, negotiate contracts, and convert opportunitiesDetermine the best way to meet the needs of the client and/or the adjusterUse creative problem solving to win solid opportunities and bids in a competitive bidding environmentNegotiate pricing and scope with clients, adjusters, and/or consultants to sell proposals at company approved job marginsCollaborate with internal partners to build relationships, generate opportunities and close sales (e.g. Account Executives, National Account Managers, etc.)Establish payment terms, including progress billings and deductible paymentsDocument Business Development/Sales activity in the company CRMEstimatingPerform project site inspection to determine correct scope of work in order to prepare estimates for clients and/or adjustersGenerate estimates and proposals that ensure the scope is clearly documented and understood by the customerCollaborate with estimators on large, technical and/or complex estimates and proposalsWrite estimates within CAMP guidelines and ensure that a contract is signedProduce accurate estimates in a timely manner per customer and internal expectationsProject ManagementPrepare scopes of work, estimates, ensure executed contracts, initiate operations/production, file management, remain point of contact and collect invoiced amountsDetermine necessary steps to begin the production of the job while project management and additional resources are being deployedConduct thorough inspections of jobs and recommends further work to adjusters or clientsDocument all changes in scope in a timely mannerComplete change orders and communicate them to key stakeholders in a timely mannerEnsure jobs are properly documented in the Job Management software and other internal software as neededAssume overall responsibility for project financials which include but are not limited to: pricing, costs, margins, and invoicingMust communicate with the superintendents to ensure each project is functioning as planned and that the service quality is at the company's highest standardAssume overall responsibility for collecting all project outstanding account receivable (A/R) payments - whether directly or indirectly through internal partnershipsCustomer ServiceMaintain frequent and timely communicate with internal and external customers such as clients, adjusters, co-workers, and contractorsResolve conflicts, warranty issues and other complaints as neededEnsure daily/weekly customer updates are submitted as requiredKnowledge, Skills, Ability, & ExperienceRequired experience: 5 years restoration/construction experienceMust have 3+years of experience as an Estimator or Project ManagerPreferred: 2+years of experience as a Project DirectorExperience in negotiating and managing a sale processExperience in marketing services for purpose of generating new or existing businessExperience effectively communicating across different levels of the organizationKnowledge of and experience in cost containment and risk managementIntermediate Microsoft Office skills and Xactimate (and other estimating software) proficiency requiredStrong problem-solving skillsExtensive knowledge in construction estimatingStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same timeStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholdersPossess excellent attention to detailAbility to make sound decisions that positively affect project and profit outcomesAbility to work independently as a self-starterMust be able to work on-site at an office or jobsite as neededMust be able to travel throughout assigned regionMust be able to travel nationally on occasionMust be able to work overtime as needed to ensure job successMust have a satisfactory driving record per insurance requirementsCAMP is and EOE, compensation is DOE
