Join Community Access Services as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Salem, Oregon and help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independent, fulfilling lives. We’re currently hiring multiple part-time DSPs in Salem for a variety of schedules, including day shifts, evening shifts, and overnight DSP positions. Whether you have experience or are completely new to the field, we provide all training needed to succeed. What Does a Direct Support Professional Do? As a DSP, you’ll provide person-centered support that helps individuals thrive at home and in their community. Every day is different, rewarding, and impactful.
