Event Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and business development activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, representing a company professionally, assisting with event activities, and contributing to customer and sales goals. Responsibilities Assist with planning and executing promotional events. Welcome attendees and engage with customers and prospective customers. Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Answer questions and provide helpful product and service information. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Generate leads through customer interactions and event activities. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Support individual and team goals during promotional events. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is a plus but not required.
