Field Observation And Maintenance ContractorJENNMAR Services is currently seeking a Field Observation and Maintenance Contractor for the Washington/Greene County, PA area. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits available.Job Responsibilities of Field Observation and Maintenance Contractor:Receives and follows daily shift instructions from on-call SupervisorResponds quickly to emergency observation and maintenance requestsPhysically observes the daily operations and monitors digital communication threads for:Water transferWater haulingSand haulingTraffic controlTroubleshoots contractor-owned water equipment:Gathering pumpsCentralized water facilitiesBooster pumps and water withdrawalsReporting:Reports all spills, accidents, and injuries immediatelyReports all incidents and operational concerns immediatelyDelivers written shift summary notes once a daySchedule of Field Observation and Maintenance Contractor:Night shift only (6 pm to 6 am)7 days per week in field, including weekends and holidaysCompensation of Field Observation and Maintenance Contractor:$25.00 to $30.00 per hourPaid vacationPaid holidayHealthcare, vision, dental401k with matching after 6 monthsJob Requirements of Field Observation and Maintenance Contractor:Compliant with all PPE and safety training requirementsValid driver’s license with clean driving recordAbility to pass background check, drug & alcohol test requiredPerform all duties in a safe manner in keeping with the Company's strong commitment to employee safetyUtilize software programs to prepare reports, e-mails, correspondence, etc.Ability to listen and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences, and the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understandAbility to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your workAbility to efficiently communicate with business partners, supervisors/managers, peers, or subordinates in verbal or written formEffective and efficient problem solving of any issues in a timely manner as necessarySelf motivatedJENNMAR Services, our employees are our most important assets and is committed to them with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits plan, including 401(k).
