Job DescriptionPediatric Speech-Language Pathologist\nSalary: $90,000–$120,000/year\nOption for a 4-day workweek with Fridays off\nSigning bonuses available for exceptional candidates\nQuarterly and year-end bonus opportunities\nCaseload capped at approximately 24–25 clients\n\nAbout Brightside\nBrightside Pediatric Therapy is a growing pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice serving families throughout the East Bay through in-home, daycare, preschool, and school-based services.\nBrightside was built around the idea that excellent patient care and clinician well-being should go hand in hand. We offer manageable caseloads, schedule flexibility, clinical autonomy, thoughtful geographic scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership as the practice expands.\nOur SLPs primarily support early intervention clients through the Regional Center of the East Bay, along with school-aged private pay clients.
