Assess patients spanning pediatric, adult, and elderly demographics utilizing standardized testing and observational insights.

Craft individual treatment strategies aligned with both immediate goals and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing aspirations.

Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions focusing on language, communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing rehabilitation.

Work closely with members of multidisciplinary teams including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and family members to develop integrated care plans.

Provide education and support for patients and their families to help reinforce progress outside of treatment sessions.

Assist in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation journey.

Maintain precise, timely documentation in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.

Pursue ongoing education and engage in collaborative discussions to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in speech-language pathology.

Completed a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-driven therapeutic methodologies applicable to all age groups, coupled with a substantive grasp of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing issues.

Outstanding communication skills, fostering relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Capability to tailor therapy approaches to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Comfort with electronic health records and compliance with documentation standards.
