In this role, you will assist Project Managers with the administration of multiple construction projects, helping ensure projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet all compliance requirements. You will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate schedules, track supplies, and manage documentation.If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy keeping projects organized while supporting a collaborative team, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in construction project management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers with the administration and oversight of construction projectsSupport budgeting, cost coding, and cost estimatesObtain required permits and licenses and ensure compliance with building codes and regulationsCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams on schedules, invoicing, and logisticsTrack and manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure projects stay on schedulePrepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholdersAssist with risk evaluation and resolving unexpected situations or challengesUpdate and communicate project schedules to ensure deadlines are metFollow company policies, procedures, and best practicesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred1–5 years of experience in construction project managementKnowledge of construction, engineering, or architecture principlesComfortable reading blueprints and drawingsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsBasic understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost controlAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBilingual in Spanish preferredProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer softwarePhysical RequirementsAbility to move or manipulate objects up to 20 lbs occasionallySit or stand for extended periods of timeRepetitive motion as required by daily tasksWork EnvironmentOffice and occasional construction site exposureProfessional, collaborative, and fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) retirement planCompetitive salaryPaid weekly via direct depositPaid Time Off (PTO)A supportive, family-oriented company culture with opportunities for growthCompany Culture: Join a fun, family-oriented company that prioritizes internal growth and offers opportunities to build a rewarding career.
