Key Responsibilities

1. Instructional Support:

2. Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, implementing lesson plans, and providing instruction to students individually or in small groups.

3. Student Monitoring:

4. Observing and monitoring student behavior and academic progress, and reporting findings to the teacher.

5. Material Preparation:

6. Preparing instructional materials, such as bulletin boards, worksheets, and other learning resources.

7. Classroom Management:

8. Assisting with classroom organization, managing student behavior, and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

9. Administrative Tasks:

10. Completing tasks like grading homework, filing paperwork, and performing other clerical duties as assigned by the teacher.
