We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and innovate our HR functions, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while driving organizational success. In this pivotal role, you will shape HR strategy, oversee compliance, and cultivate a positive workplace culture that aligns with our organizational objectives.
Onsite in Monroeville
$90K-$100K
9/80 schedule, every other Friday off!
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 8+ years of HR management experience, ideally within federal contracting environments
- Deep knowledge of employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, OFCCP, EEO, and I-9/E-Verify
- Proven expertise in compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems and HR analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

- Experience in manufacturing settings
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR
- Demonstrated success in workforce planning and safety compliance
