SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Telemarketing Representative for a company in Elgin, IL. The Telemarketing Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting sales growth through proactive outbound prospecting and exceptional customer service. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($45,000-$50,000/yr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include: M-F 7am-3:30pm OR 8:30am-5pm

Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make approximately 75 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Deliver professional sales presentations by phone, explaining products, pricing, and services.
• Answering between 70-80 phone calls daily.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward external and internal customers.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts, referrals, customer inquiries, and previous sales contacts.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Enter customer orders accurately into company systems.
• Research all information and gather documentation for customer credits.
• Track customer communications and maintain organized sales documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales and business development team.

Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related sales role.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience making approximately 75 or more outbound sales/prospecting calls per day required.
• Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
