Conduct evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients utilizing standardized assessments and observational techniques.

Create tailored treatment plans addressing both immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

Facilitate individualized speech therapy interventions focusing on language, swallowing, fluency, and voice.

Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to foster effective treatment strategies.

Educate patients and families to empower progress outside of the clinical setting.

Occasionally participate in inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless continuity of care throughout the patient journey.

Maintain precise and timely documentation consistent with state and federal regulations.

Engage in ongoing learning and professional growth through continued education and networking with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Proficient in evidence-based interventions tailored to all age groups, with a solid understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Adept at adjusting therapeutic techniques to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic needs.

Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and clinical documentation practices.
