Onsite Developer Support Engineer for Enterprise AI

Blitzy in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Developer Support Engineer to be the technical front line for our growing customer base, from Fortune 500 enterprises to Pro users on our self‑service platform. You’ll investigate issues, analyze logs and code, reproduce root causes, and implement fixes that impact the product. You’ll own escalations end‑to‑end and collaborate with Engineering and Product to shape a scalable, customer‑focused support function, staying hands‑on with code (Python/TypeScript). #J-18808-Ljbffr SupportFinity™
