Our client is a well-established, mid-sized Design/Build General Contractor based in Ohio , with a strong reputation in the commercial construction sector . Each project is staffed with a full team including an Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager , ensuring robust support and resources to deliver projects on time and under budget. Description Coordinate all construction activities and subcontractors in alignment with the main office. Schedule and oversee agency inspections to ensure compliance. Interpret and apply architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings and specifications. Review shop drawings and reports from testing and inspection agencies; prepare and track RFIs. Complete daily reports and capture progress photographs. Utilize computer systems (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel) and manage PDF documents efficiently. Collaborate with design professionals, subcontractors, project managers, and local officials to resolve conflicts and drive solutions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, enforcing safety standards consistently. Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial ground-up construction . Deep understanding of the full construction process. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents, specifications, and drawings. Strong communication skills with all stakeholders including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients. Self-driven and highly organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to take ownership of multiple responsibilities to ensure project success.
